Would you like to receive an email with available homes that meet your requirements? Then create a search profile. Indicate at the bottom of your search profile page that you would like to receive a notification message by email.
In your search profile, you specify your housing preferences. In which town do you want to live? Is a garden important to you? This way, you will find a home that matches your housing preferences faster. Please take the income guidelines for Passend Toewijzen into account.

Then click on the property you want to know more about in the overview. This way, you will find information about surface area, energy label, amenities, location, photos, and more.
Are you interested in a property? Then click the 'Respond' button at the bottom of the property page. Under 'My responses', you will see your ranking for the property of your choice after the closing date.
- Home offered
There are 3 ways that determine who is offered the home:
* Registration time : the home is offered by Wetland Wonen to the three
persons (this number may vary) with the longest registration time. Homes of
The other corporations are offered to the person with the longest
registration time
Are there priority rules? If so , these also determine the order. We refer to this as the 'Wish Module' and the 'Free Sector Module'.
Lottery : all suitable responses will be drawn by lottery . Therefore, it does not matter how long you have been registered. The home will be offered to the person
selected in the lottery. We call this the 'Emergency Module' .
To be eligible for a home from the urgency module, you must have lived in the De Woningzoeker postcode area for at least one year. If you respond to a home from this module and are offered the property but wish to decline it, your registration will be blocked and you will be unable to respond to De Woningzoeker homes for 1 year.
First response: the home is offered to the person who responds first and meets the income and family composition requirements for the home. We call this the 'Direct Rental Module'.
Offering the home
When you are offered a home, you will receive a message from us. Upon being offered a home, you must submit a number of documents and details within a few days. These include your income statement and an extract from the Personal Records Database (BRP) with your residential history and additional information. It is important that the documents and details are complete and up-to-date. Are there any missing documents or are forms incomplete? Then the home will not be available to you. We advise you to request this information from the Tax and Customs Administration and your municipality in good time.
Always indicate whether or not you accept the property. Are you not interested? Then we will offer the property to the next candidate. By always responding to the offer, you prevent us from blocking your registration and temporarily preventing you from responding to a property.
- Sign rental agreement and receive keys.
Do you want to rent the property and do you meet all the conditions? Congratulations! We invite you to sign the rental agreement. We will check together if everything in the property is in order. After payment of the first month's rent, you will receive all keys belonging to the property from us.
After you have signed the rental agreement, we will deregister you as a housing applicant. Your registration period expires because you have found a home. Do you want to move again in the future? Then register again as a housing applicant. You will then start building up your registration period from scratch.
Taking over items from the previous resident
The previous resident can offer items for takeover. You can make agreements about this together. You record these agreements in our takeover form.
The previous resident received that from us. The agreements only apply if the form is signed by the previous resident and by you.
