The office "Help Desk Brederwiede"

Residents of the former municipality of Brederwiede who are having problems applying for housing benefits, for example, or registering for a home can now contact Hulp Loket Brederwiede in Vollenhove.

Support is provided free of charge and without obligation to people who have difficulty submitting applications to, for example, the municipality or other institutions and agencies.

This may include registering for a home or applying for rent allowance or energy allowance.  

The Help Desk works closely with Wetland Wonen Groep, Social Work De Kop, the municipality of Steenwijkerland and ANBO.

 

Location and opening hours:
The office is located in Nieuw Clarenberg (in the conservatory near Laurier). The office is open every Tuesday afternoon from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM. You can register by calling 06-40671424. Drop-ins are also welcome.

The library will help you with digital questions during the digital consultation hour

These days, you can arrange all sorts of things online. This also applies to Wetland Wonen. For example, you can find social housing in your region through the website De Woningzoeker (www.dewoningzoeker.nl). Could you use some digital assistance, or do you know someone who does?

Come by the library. They're happy to help. You don't need to be a library member, and no appointment is necessary. You can simply walk in.
