Have you not paid your rent on time? That could happen one day. Just forgot or no money in your account? That does not necessarily have to be a problem. Will paying the rent become a problem for you? Then let us know. We understand that it is not easy to talk about financial problems. However, it is important to discuss your problems with us as soon as possible. We are happy to help you find a good solution. Maybe we can make a payment arrangement. This prevents rent arrears from increasing to a large amount and us ultimately calling in a bailiff to collect your rental debt.

We do impose a few conditions on a payment arrangement:

- maximum 1 payment arrangement per 12 months;

- minimum installment amount € 125.00;

- maximum number of terms: 3;

- no ongoing bailiff cases;

- the rental contract must be at least 6 months old;

- the installment amount and the current rent must be paid before the first of the month.
